My systems-thinking approach has been shaped over a decade’s experience across strategy, creative and product design at global consultancies AKQA and Publicis Sapient. So I care as much about why we’re building something as how it looks and works. 





I particularly enjoy designing new products from scratch: taking a vague business problem, finding the version worth building, and seeing it through to something shipped and tested.

Through my experience, I’ve mentored talent and led small design teams across London and Sydney to create experiences and products for major brands. In an ever-changing technological landscape, I’m continuously learning new tools and skillsets, excited by the experience possibilities that an AI-enabled future holds.
